Ms. Sierra has been with B.V. MURRAY& CO. since 1997. As an
Associate, Ms. Sierra, has acquired experiences in debt restructuring,
capital raising, and acquisition transactions. She has also been
involved in developing marketing plans for the firm’s clients,
and is
responsible for developing proposals for potential clients.
She
organized and coordinated the Korean Venture Forum, a seminar
promoting Korean investments to United States institutions.
Ms. Sierra holds a BA degree from Columbia University.
